Intellect
Intellect increases the damage and healing done by your spells.

Multistrike
Multistrike grants a chance for your spells and abilities to activate up to 2 additional times at 30% effectiveness. As Elemental,Elemental Overload increases your base chance to Multistrike, provides additional Multistrike rating, and increases the effectiveness of your Multistrikes.

Crit
Critical Strike increase the chance for your spells and attacks to critically hit for additional damage and healing.

Haste
Haste increases attack and spell casting speed, adds additional damage and healing to DoTs and HoTs, and reduces the GCD.

Mastery
Mastery provides a passive bonus to your character based on your specialization. Mastery: Molten Earth causes your damaging spells to deal additional Fire damage to your most recently attacked target. Also, Mastery: Molten Earth increases the damage of Earthquake.

Versatility
Versatility increases your damage, healing, and absorption done and decreases damage received.
